The staff, led by the wonderful manager Adam, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are kept cool, and the rooftop is a perfect place to chill out. Unforgettable experience!

Everybody was HELPFUL and the room was lovely. It was near to thien quang lake. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar.

During my stay at Reddoorz, I was pleasantly surprised by its fantastic location in Hanoi. It was within walking distance of the main attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Plus, it was not a party hostel, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The affordable price and included breakfast on the rooftop added to the overall value. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and budget-friendly offerings.

This hostel has a great location near the train station and tourist attractions like the cathedral and lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views from the rooftop, serving a delicious breakfast. Staffs are helpful and can book tours to attractions like Halong Bay or Sapa.

The hostel's bathrooms could use some improvements, as they tend to be dirty and have a bad appearance.

Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive, with bunkbeds that have curtains around them for added privacy. I also loved that some rooms had balconies, allowing sunlight to flood in and providing a lovely view of the city. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price offered plenty of options and was a great way to start the day.
